is achieved by:
- implementation of an efficient quality control system certified by an independent organization,
- ordering batch material from reputable suppliers,
- taking samples and checking every lot of the batch material (compliance to delivery regulations, certificates, surface condition, chemical composition, structure),
- making use of statistical techniques,
- manufacturing with modern machinery and equipment,
- maintaining own technological laboratories and design offices as well as cooperation with research institutions.
Marking each bolt with a serial number related to a manufacturing number, heat treatment batch and a cast number makes it possible to trace back the production process at any time and is a proof of the manufacturer's care for quality of the product.
An inspection certificate 3.1B (EN 10204) is available on request.
